    By Submitting a commission request, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. If you have any concerns about what is written below please email me, with the one provided above.

  • When receiving a commission, I keep all rights to any work that I have created. This includes using it in my portfolio, Posting on social media, Or it being shown during a Livestream.

  • You can request it to be a private piece with an agreed-upon small fee. With this request, it will be a part of my portfolio with no public posting.

  • All my work is for personal use only, you may not use my creations for commercial use. You may not use my creations for a profit of any kind. If my work is used to make a profit, you are obligated to forfeit all profit you have received over to me the original creator.

  • Any work of mine sold does not give the buyer any rights, you may not claim my work as your own including tracing or Heavily referencing.

  • You may not remove my signature from any piece of work including cropping or filtering my work to hide it.

  • Unless I state that I am unable to complete a commission, all commissions are non-refundable.

  • If I am for any reason unable to complete a piece, I will receive the proper payment for what I have finished and refund the remaining cost of uncompleted work.

  • I accept payments only through PayPal.

  • Commissions will be started once we have a clear agreement on the work and I have received all proper photo references.

  • If you would like to change a part of your commission, You are allowed to change the commission 1 time before fees are applied.

  • All commissions are to be paid In full.

  • Prices are subject to change whether or not you have paid half or full price for a commission. Extra Fees can be applied after payments have been made.

  • I only accept photo references, I will not use someone else's work for a commission.

  • Full-size unwatermarked images will be sent after receiving full payment. During the process, I will send watermarked proofs of work for the approval of my work until it's completed and full payment is received.

  • Any individual that contacts me about a commission will remain in contact with me. If any other parties are involved The individual will relay any information. 

  • If you are not satisfied with the work received there will be no refunds. If I have missed any minor details I will work to the best of my ability with you to fix them. 

  • If I have missed any minor details after full payment and completed work has been received, You have 15 days to contact me regarding any issues.

  • When contacting me about minor issues. If It is shown you are requesting more than minor details to be fixed after the original proofing of the first commission request, You will need to fill out a new commission form and pay fees of the work being completed.

  • If there is a deadline I will need to be informed before the commission is started, once the commission is started I will not be liable for any deadline needed.

  • All completed work submitted will be in.PNG format. I will not send any layered files.

  • Commissions Are not accepted until I have stated so and officially stated that I am starting work and received payment.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission request with or without an email stating so.

  • If commissions are closed I will state when they will reopen, or you will receive an email when they have opened. If no email is received, please refer to my website or social media updates.

  • Once we have agreed upon a concept with proper references and I have received your PayPal email, I will send an invoice for payment.

  • If there is a waiting list and I receive payment to begin your commission, You will be added to my waiting list. An email will be sent when I have officially started your commission.

     I will not do any work that includes:

   - Hentai

   - Furries

   - Anything overly sexual

   - Anything referencing abuse towards any sort of life.

   - Nudity
